Ambiente Psychiatry does not accept insurance payments. We are a private pay practice and considered out of network for insurance plans.  This allows for diagnoses and treatments received in our practice to not be a part of your permanent medical record with your insurance company. We do not participate in global, statewide record sharing practices. Providers may request records for continuity of care.

Privacy and personalization is of the upmost importance at Ambiente Psychiatry. This also allows for more time spent with clients and a wider range of treatment modalities available for use. If you would like to submit charges for reimbursement to your insurance provider, a super bill of the visit may be provided upon request.

Reimbursement of these fees varies among insurance providers. You are encouraged to contact your insurance carrier for more details.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We require 24-hr notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of service. In the event that you do not notify the office that you will be missing your appointment and it results in a NO SHOW, you will be charged a $150 fee.
